Welcome! My name is Sarah Frankel. For over 3o years, the White Mountains of New Hampshire have been my study plot, playground, the subject of my paintings and photographs, and the fuel for my passion as an artist, scientist, and naturalist.
My family and friends have supported my creativity since I was a child, allowing me to paint portraits on walls, landscapes on doors, and decorating their homes with my art. I am so grateful to have such loving people to share my art with and I look forward to branching out and sharing my artwork with you as well.
Each of my paintings is inspired by the beauty and complexity of the natural world around me. When hiking, walking, and exploring, I am constantly taking photographs of landscapes and organisms that I want to paint. When crafting, I like to work with watercolor and acrylic paints, but I certainly enjoy working with other mediums as well.
Small Circle Studio has kindly partnered up with me to bring you prints of my original art work. Using state of the art, wide format Epson and Canon printers and archival ink, they never fail to deliver exceptional prints of the highest quality. If you want any of your own memories printed, check them out.
By sharing my art, I hope to remind others of the significance of the natural world as it pertains to everyone one of us as living organisms on this unique planet. Thank you for supporting my efforts!
